Are these crystals real?

Yes! All the crystals are 100% natural. In order to provide an even greater variety of prizes there will be a few synthetic items here and there, so I will do my absolute best to tell you when you have won a synthetic item.

How long do I have to wait until I receive my crystals?

Purchases will usually ship within 1-3 business days depending on holidays and weather. After your package is shipped it is unfortunately out of my control. I would expect no more than 2 weeks.

Do you ship to other countries?

Unfortunately No. I only ship inside the United States. I hope to provide my crystal services to other countries in the future.

Where do you get your crystals from?

I purchase all of my crystals from a trusted and reliable wholesaler located in China.
